BRAIN FRY/MOOLAI VARUVAL



INGREDIENTS

Goat brain - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 4 tsp

METHOD

Clean the brain and peel the top thin layer of it.
Heat a kadai add oil then add the chopped onion.

Add chopped tomatoes,salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder,
saute them well till the raw smell goes away.

Add some water and pepper powder to it.
When the gravy is semi dry add the brain to it.

Cover the brain with the gravy and cook for 3min till the oil
oozes out. Turn it carefully or else it will break into pieces easily.


                                     BRAIN FRY IS READY TO SERVE.......
