Kovakkai-150gm
Onion-2
Tomato-2
Tumeric powder-1/4 tbspn
Chilly powder-1tbspn
Dhania powder-2tbspn
Salt-1tbspn
Water-1/2 cup
TEMPERING
Oil-3tbspn
Mustard seeds-1/2tbspn
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbspn
METHOD
wash and cut the kovakkai |
add mustard seeds in oil |
add cumin seeds |
add onions |
add tomato |
saute them well nd add salt |
add kovakkai |
add chilli powder, dhania powder |
add salt,turmeric powder |
saute them well |
add water and leave it for 10 min |
switch of the flame when it is cooked well |
serve hot with coconut rice.. It will taste great....... |
