INGREDINTS
Potato-6
Carrot-1cup grated
Cabbage-2cup grated
Chilli powder-2 tbspn
Salt-1 tbspn
Oil- for frying
OUTER COATING
Maida-1/2 cup
vermicelli-1 cup
Water-as needed
METHOD

| Grate the carrot an cabbage finely. Boil the potatoes seperately. |

| In a kadai saute carrot,cabbage then add mashed potatoes. Add chilli powder and salt into it and switch of the flame. |

| After the potato mixture cooled down roll them into small balls. |

| Mix maida,water into a slight thick mixture. Crush the vermicilli in a plate. |

| Dip the aloo mixture into the maida mixture and roll them tightly into the vermicilli. |

| Roll them tightly and shape them into any desired shape. |

| Heat the oil in a pan at medium flame. |

| Fry them in the oil till it turns golden brown in colour. |

| Tasty aloo balls ready.... |

| Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.... Kids love it a lot..... |
