INGREDIENTS:
Basmathi Rice - 1 cup
Water - as required
Carrot - 1/4 cup grated
Capsicum & Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - as required
Oil -3 tbspn
Pepper Powder - 4 tbspn
Salt - 2tbspn
Cashewnuts - 7-8 nos
METHOD

Add some chopped coriander leaves to the rice.Let the fried vegetables come to room temperature then mix it with the boiled rice. |
Add pepper powder and salt to the rice and mix well.Garnish it with some fried cashews.Fried rice is ready to serve. |
