PAYASAM

INGREDIENTS

Sago/javvarisi-1/2 cup
Vermicilli-1/4cup
Milk-2 cup
Water-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Cardomom powder-a pinch
Sara paruppu-12-15 nos

METHOD

Boil water in a pan, add sago when water starts boiling and
stir them occasionally.

Add semiya when sago turns transparent.
Meanwhile boil milk seperately.
Switch off the flame add cadomen powder and sugar in the milk.

Add lemon colour to the milk and pour the milk into the sago mixture.
[sago mixture should be cool while adding milk]
Add saraparuppu at last and mix well.

YUMMY.....
Payasam ready to serve....
