INGREDIENTS
Sago/javvarisi-1/2 cup
Vermicilli-1/4cup
Milk-2 cup
Water-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Cardomom powder-a pinch
Sara paruppu-12-15 nos
METHOD
Boil water in a pan, add sago when water starts boiling and stir them occasionally. |
Add semiya when sago turns transparent. Meanwhile boil milk seperately. Switch off the flame add cadomen powder and sugar in the milk. |
Add lemon colour to the milk and pour the milk into the sago mixture. [sago mixture should be cool while adding milk] Add saraparuppu at last and mix well. |
YUMMY..... Payasam ready to serve.... |
