INGREDIENTS
Urud dal/ulutham paruppu-2cup
Chana dal/kadala paruppu-2tbspn
Jaggery-1cup
Cardomon powder-1tbspn
Oil-for frying
METHOD
Soak both the dals in water for 3hours.
Grind soaked dals first,then add jaggery and cardomom powder to the dal,
grind them coarsely.Do not add any water to it.
Make sure the mixture is thick.
Take a small amount of mixture and drop it in the hot oil.
Fry them till they turn golden in colour.
When they are fried switch of the flame and take them out.
