BEETROOT CUTLET




INGREDIENTS

  • Beetroot - 1(grated)
  • Potato - 2 (boiled )
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Salt - as needed
  • Chilli powder - 2tsp
  • Oil - for frying

FOR OUTER COATING

  • Maida - 2 tsp
  • Water - as needed
  • Salt - as needed
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup

METHOD



Squeeze out the water from beetroot completely and
add to the potato.Mix them well nicely.  

Add little water and salt to maida make it into a thick paste .
Divide potato mixture in to equal portions and make it
in to a thick patties and keep it aside.

Dip the patties in to the maida mixture and coat it evenly in to the
bread crumbs .Make sure it is coated well all the sides.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties in a medium flame
till they turn golden brown in color.Now drain them from the oil
and do the same for rest of the patties.
SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP KIDS LOVE THEM A LOT...
