INGREDIENTS
- Beetroot - 1(grated)
- Potato - 2 (boiled )
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Salt - as needed
- Chilli powder - 2tsp
- Oil - for frying
FOR OUTER COATING
- Maida - 2 tsp
- Water - as needed
- Salt - as needed
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
METHOD
Squeeze out the water from beetroot completely and add to the potato.Mix them well nicely. |
Add little water and salt to maida make it into a thick paste . Divide potato mixture in to equal portions and make it in to a thick patties and keep it aside. |
Dip the patties in to the maida mixture and coat it evenly in to the bread crumbs .Make sure it is coated well all the sides. |
Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties in a medium flame till they turn golden brown in color.Now drain them from the oil and do the same for rest of the patties. |
