INGREDIENTS
- Potato - 3
- Onion - 3
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilli - 1
- Curry leaves - 10
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1tsp
- Cinnamon stick - 3
- Salt - as needed
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water - as needed
- Oil - 2tsp
METHOD
In a kadai add pepper,fennel seeds,cinnamon,curry leaves coconut and saute them wel,Grind them into a fine paste. |
Saute 2 onions and 1 tomato well and add them to the grinded paste,add some chilli powder to it and grind them into a fine paste. |
In a cooker add some oil,onion,tomato,green chilli,potato salt and turmeric.Add some water and make it boil till potato get cooked. |
After potato get cooked add the grinded paste into it,make them to boil for 5min till the oil get seperates. |
SALNA IS READY TO SERVE.... SERVE HOT WITH PAROTTA.... |
