INGREDIENTS
- Wheat flour - 2cup
- Lauki/Bottle gourd/Sorakkai - 1 cup (grated)
- Spinach - 1 cup(chopped)
- Potato - 2(boiled)
- Red chilli powder - 1tsp
- Asafoetida/Hing - a pinch
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - as needed
METHOD
Clean and grate the lauki, chop the spinach finely.Add salt,hing,chilli powder into the wheat flour. |
Add lauki,spinach,boiled potato into the wheat flour. |
Knead the dough nicely, dont add drop of water to it because the water from the lauki is enough to it. Make it into medium balls. |
Knead the ball into thin roti as possible. Knead the dough immediately or else lauki will leave water littl by little. |
Heat the tawa and cook the roti both the sides and dizzle some oil both the sides and repeat the same for all parathas. |
