LAUKI PALAK PARATHA



INGREDIENTS

  • Wheat flour - 2cup
  • Lauki/Bottle gourd/Sorakkai - 1 cup (grated)
  • Spinach - 1 cup(chopped)
  • Potato - 2(boiled)
  • Red chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Asafoetida/Hing - a pinch
  • Salt - as needed
  • Oil - as needed

METHOD

Clean and grate the lauki, chop the spinach finely.Add salt,hing,chilli
powder into the wheat flour.

Add lauki,spinach,boiled potato into the wheat flour.

Knead the dough nicely, dont add drop of water to it because
the water from the lauki is enough to it. Make it into medium balls. 

Knead the ball into thin roti as possible.
Knead the dough immediately or else lauki will leave water littl by little.

Heat the tawa and cook the roti both the sides and dizzle some
oil both the sides and repeat the same for all parathas.

LAUKI PALAK PARATHA IS READY TO SERVE.....
