PAROTTA/பரோட்டா



INGREDIENTS

  • Maida - 1/2kg
  • Water - as needed
  • Salt - as needed
  • Dalda - 50gm

METHOD

Add salt and water to maida and make it into a soft dough.
Divide them into equal sized balls and pour the dalda on them,mix well.
Leave it for 3 to 5 hour covered with a lid. 

After 5 hour take a ball and flatten it into a thin sheet as possible.
Drape them like saree,first fold oneside then the other side.

Then round them tightly and press them with hand lightly into a round shape. 

Heat the tawa then add parotta on it, cook them well both the sides
dizzle some oil and cook them well.After all parottas cooked crush
them all together like clapping.
SERVE THE PAROTTAS WITH SALNA...
A HEAVENLY COMBINATION......
