INGREDIENTS
- Maida - 1/2kg
- Water - as needed
- Salt - as needed
- Dalda - 50gm
METHOD
Add salt and water to maida and make it into a soft dough. Divide them into equal sized balls and pour the dalda on them,mix well. Leave it for 3 to 5 hour covered with a lid. |
After 5 hour take a ball and flatten it into a thin sheet as possible. Drape them like saree,first fold oneside then the other side. |
Then round them tightly and press them with hand lightly into a round shape. |
Heat the tawa then add parotta on it, cook them well both the sides dizzle some oil and cook them well.After all parottas cooked crush them all together like clapping. |
SERVE THE PAROTTAS WITH SALNA... A HEAVENLY COMBINATION...... |
