MASAL VADAI

INGREDIENTS

Kadalai paruppu-2cup
Onion-3
Coriander leaves,Mint,Curry leaves-1cup
Green chilly-3
Salt-2tbspn
Oil-for frying

METHOD


            Soak dal in water for 3hours. in a bowl add chopped onions,coriander leaves,mint,curry leaves.
                           In a mixie jar add soaked dal,grren chilly,salt and grind it coarsely.
Mix the grinded dal into the bowl and mix well.
Take a small amount of this mixture into the palm and flatten it.
Fry them one by one in the hot oil.
Turn them both the sides till they turn golden brown in colour.
HOT MASAL VADA IS READY TO EAT.......
