METHOD
Wash the pavakkai and cut them ito rounds, in a pressure cooker
add mochai,onion,tomato,turmeric powder,oil and water.
Allow 3 whistles to cook the mochai, then switch off the flame.
Saute pavakkai well then Pour that mochai mixture into kadai.
Add chilly powder,salt and simmer it for 10min, switch off the flame when it becomes dry.
Pavakkai mochai poriyal is ready....
It goes well with any rice variety....
