INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 150gm
Chicken 65 masala powder - 25gm
Oil - 200gm
Water - as needed
Onion - 1 (for garnishing)
METHOD
In a bowl add the cleaned chicken and chicken 65 readymade masala, add some water if needed, Keep this marinated chicken aside for 30min. Heat a kadai and pour some oil in it. |
When the oil is in medium hot put the marinated chicken in the oil and fry, Fry them till they turn crispy and drain them from the oil. |
Chop some onion and mix it with chicken 65 and serve them hot....... |
