CHICKEN 65



INGREDIENTS

Chicken - 150gm
Chicken 65 masala powder - 25gm
Oil - 200gm
Water - as needed
Onion - 1 (for garnishing)

METHOD

In a bowl add the cleaned chicken and chicken 65 readymade masala, add some water if needed,
Keep this marinated chicken aside for 30min. Heat a kadai and pour some oil in it.

When the oil is in medium hot put the marinated chicken in the oil and fry,
Fry them till they turn crispy and drain them from the oil.

Chop some onion and mix it with  chicken 65 and serve them hot.......
