INGREDIENTS
Noodles - 1 packet
Water - for boiling
Oil - 4 tsp
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Cabbage - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1
Coriander leaves - as needed
Kashmir Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
METHOD
Boil the water in a vessel and add some salt to it. Add the noodles when water is hot and cook for a minute. |
Switch off the flame and leave the noodles for 5min then drain. Pour some cold water on the noodles and drain them completely dry. Cut the vegetables into julienne. |
Heat oil in a kadai add onion and fry them well. After onion turned golden in colour add carrots, |
Add capsicum and saute for a minute, Add cabbage and fry them well,then add coriander leaves. |
After all vegetables cooked well add salt & chilli powder and mix well. Cook the vegetables in high flame then only it will be crunchy while eating. |
Now add the cooked noodles and toss them well and switch off the flame. Noodles ready to serve...... |
