SOUTH INDIAN VEGETABLE NOODLES



INGREDIENTS

Noodles - 1 packet
Water - for boiling
Oil - 4 tsp
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Cabbage - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1
Coriander leaves - as needed
Kashmir Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp


METHOD

Boil the water in a vessel and add some salt to it.
Add the noodles when water is hot and cook for a minute.

Switch off the flame and leave the noodles for 5min then drain.
Pour some cold water on the noodles and drain them completely dry.
Cut the vegetables into julienne.

Heat oil in a kadai add onion and fry them well.
After onion turned golden in colour add carrots,

Add capsicum and saute for a minute,
Add cabbage and fry them well,then add coriander leaves. 


After all vegetables cooked well add salt & chilli powder and mix well.
Cook the vegetables in high flame then only it will be crunchy while eating.

Now add the cooked noodles and toss them well and switch off the flame.
Noodles ready to serve......
