CRISPY RAVA DOSA



INGREDIENTS

Rava - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Water - 6 cup
Onion -2 nos
Cumin seeds - 1 tbspn
Pepper - 1 tbspn
Asafoetida powder - a pinch
Salt - 2 tbspn
Sugar - 1 tbspn
Green chilli - 2 nos
Curry leaves - as needed
Coriander leaves - as needed
Ginger - a small piece
Oil - as needed

METHOD

In a wide bowl add all the flour,rava,salt,sugar,asafoetida powder.

Add cumin seeds,pepper,green chilli,ginger.
Then add curry leaves and coriander leaves.Add water to it and rest it for 20 minutes.
It should be slightly watery in consistent.
Heat the tawa and sprinle some onion.Pour the batter on it and sprinkle oil on it.
Always pour the batter from outwards to inwards.Wait till the dosa become brown and crisp.
Do not turn the dosa other side.This dosa should be cooked only one side.

Yummy Crispy Rava Dosa ready to serve,,,,,,,,

Serve it with Red Coconut Chutney.
