INGREDIENTS
Fish ( suthumbu meen ) - 5
Tamrind juice - 4 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Clean the fish and wash them well. In a bowl add tamrind juice ,salt and chilli powder. |
Mix the paste well and apply it on the fish. Coat the masala well on the fish,Heat the tawa and shallow fry the fish at a low flame. |
Turn the fish to the other side and fry them well till they are fried well at both tha sides. |
