FISH FRY/SUTHUMBU MEEN VARUVAL






INGREDIENTS

Fish ( suthumbu meen ) - 5
Tamrind juice - 4 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying

METHOD

Clean the fish and wash them well.
In a bowl add tamrind juice ,salt and chilli powder.

Mix the paste well and apply it on the fish.
Coat the masala well on the fish,Heat the tawa and shallow
fry the fish at a low flame.

Turn the fish to the other side and fry them well
till they are fried well at both tha sides.


YUMMY FISH FRY IS READY.........
